1. Minimum Order and Delivery Fee

• There is a minimum spend of $70 required for delivery.
• Delivery fees start at $10 and may increase based on the distance from our location to yours.

2. Rush Hour Surcharge

• A $10 surcharge applies to deliveries made during rush hour, between 4 PM and 7 PM.

3. Delivery Queue and Process

• Upon placing a delivery order, you will be placed in a queue. Deliveries are made based on the availability of our budtenders.
• When your driver is en route to your location, you will receive an ‘On The Way’ (OTW) text notification.

4. Delivery Times

• While we strive to deliver as promptly as possible, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are subject to the availability of our drivers and current demand.

5. Receiving Your Delivery

• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available to accept the delivery, it may be rescheduled, potentially incurring additional charges.
