What are your store hours?
We’re open Monday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
How can I pay?
We accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, & Zelle through our secure online checkout.
Payment is processed only after your order is confirmed.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries run 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
There’s no delivery between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM — during that window, pickup is available only.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the Greater Houston area — including most neighborhoods inside and around Beltway 8.
If you’re outside our normal delivery area, just place your order and we’ll reach out to confirm whether delivery or pickup is available for your location.
What is the avarage delivery wait time?
Most Houston orders arrive in 1–3 hours.
Peak times may run 2–4 hours.
You’ll get a text update when your driver is on the way.
Verification & Privacy
All customers must be 21+ with valid ID at pickup or delivery.
All packaging is discreet and sealed.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes. We use the WinStamp app for our loyalty rewards.
Here’s how it works:
Download the WinStamp app from the App Store or Google Play.
When your order is delivered, show your QR code to your driver to get it scanned — or send us a screenshot of your QR code after your delivery.
Each successful scan earns rewards you can redeem for discounts, exclusive drops, or free product.
No sign-up fees, no tracking — just rewards for staying loyal to the Gardin.
