Welcome to Optimal Gardins. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
All customers must be 21 years or older and provide valid identification upon delivery or pickup.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders must be paid via Zelle or approved payment methods before processing. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will roll over to the next business day.
3. Delivery & Pickup
We deliver throughout the Greater Houston area during scheduled delivery windows (12–2 PM and 7–10 PM).
There is no delivery between 2–7 PM; pickup is available during that time.
A delivery fee applies to all orders.
Delivery is managed in-house to ensure privacy and quality.
Once an order is placed, we will contact you directly to confirm delivery or pickup details.
4. Delays & Credits
If delivery takes longer than three (3) hours after confirmation, we may issue a store credit at our discretion.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges only, no refunds.
If a disposable or screw-on vape is proven defective by our team, we will replace it.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, including suspected fraud, underage purchase, or behavior inconsistent with our brand standards.
7. Liability
Our products are for personal, legal use only.
By purchasing from us, you agree that Optimal Gardins is not responsible for how you use or consume the products after purchase.
All use is at your own discretion and risk. We do not condone or participate in resale.

9. Policy Updates
We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
